Goran from Serbia is an ex-military PT with a total of 9 years’ experience in the fitness field. He is a competitor at CrossFit and powerlifting category of 83 kg in Europe.
Qualifications: Fitness Trainer certification, Certificate of American Exercises.
Specialty: bodybuilding, CrossFit and powerlifting.
Goran believes that exercise, nutrition and mental health all work together for your
success as an individual. His passion is to motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.
Tamara
Tamara is a certified personal trainer with 9 years of professional & international experience.
Qualifications: BodyART training, FISAF International Fitness Instructor, FISAF, International Personal Trainer Balanced Body: Anatomy in 3D, Thai Massage Course Level 1, Strategic Strength Digital Mentorship Currently: Strength and conditioning course
Specialty: Her work mainly focuses on strength training, fat loss, body reshaping and balanced well-being.

Linda has been working in the fitness industry for 10 years.
Qualifications: Physiotherapy diploma (Macedonia), Level 2 & 3 Personal Training certificate, Cycling certificate.
Specialty: rehabilitation therapy, mobility and flexibility while working on good posture, HIIT workout and strength training. She assists clients suffering from diabetes and overweight issues.
Her aim is to help you reach your fitness goals and improve your performance, mindset, motivation as well as lifestyle in general, whilst creating a unique program for you.

Sean is a Level 5 Certified Sports Coordinating Coach, and 2nd Degree Black Belt Instructor in Ninjitsu with over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Being an avid Obstacle Course Race Runner, and self-defense instructor back home in Cape Town, his goal is to train his clients to be efficient and durable in their training.

Liv is a Brazilian personal trainer with over 15 years of international experience on high performance conditioning deriving from her background as a professional volleyball player.

Masha is a certified PT and Tae Bo instructor with 9 years’ experience in the fitness industry as well as 2 years’ experience as a CrossFit athlete.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Physical Culture and Sport (Ukraine) with a concentration in Fitness and Recreation.
Specialty: strength, functional training, conditioning workouts, spinning, stretching, weight-loss workout programs.
